These dishes are the ideal healthy diet. For people who want to get rid of extra pounds, a sushi diet is a great option, because it is able to provide the body with essential micronutrients, minerals and vitamins.

The basic ingredients for sushi are seafood. Mainly the Japanese use the products fresh. This means that the products are not salted and not thermally treated. That’s why they remain useful for the human body substances.

Rice, which is added to sushi, serves as a source of energy, fiber, thiamine, carbohydrate and Niacin. Sushi contain large amounts of polyunsaturated fatty omega-3 acids and vegetable protein.

Calamari or shrimp, which are often added to sushi, have a positive effect on male potency. Women who regularly consume sushi, I often notice that they become stronger hair and nails.
