Japan would create a warning system for foreigners.
For the citizens of the countries it already operates by alerting them about approaching natural disasters.
Warning, foreign citizens can receive through television, mobile phones or radio. Now this system is under development, as it became known from NHK television station on September 25.
Probably, the system will be called L-Alert, similarly as already the current J-Alert. Foreign tourists can provide information about nearby shelters, as well as a brief recommendation to evacuate. Special attention is devoted to this task before 2020, when Tokyo Olympics should go.
In the first place will appear an application for mobile phones. Meanwhile, the government is thinking about mass notification system, which will be especially useful for a foreigner in case he have a cell phone next to him.
In Japan are vulnerable to natural disasters because it is located in a seismically active area. Most of all the earthquakes that happen on Earth, fall in that country.
