Snack: two small plums

Dinner (no later than 19.00) – half grapefruit, 180 g of boiled chicken, vegetable salad, dressed with lemon juice.

The third day fruit diet

Breakfast: mixture of 100 grams of cereals and 150 g of berries

Lunch: 3 slices of pineapple

Afternoon snack: 1 peach or nectarine

Dinner: 1 medium orange, 180 g boiled Turkey breast, lettuce

Contraindications for a fruit diet:

gastritis with hyperacidity or ulcers of the duodenum (the exception is the banana mono-diet, which, on the contrary, is recommended in these cases);
the tendency to Allergy: banal overeating may occur diathesis, special caution should be exercised with strawberry, citrus and grapes;
diabetes.

Results on the fruit diet

3 days on a fruit diet you can lose up to 3 kg of excess weight. Don’t forget viewtag daily at least 1.5-2 liters of pure non-carbonated water. Diet is not recommended for longer than 5 days.
