Dinner: 170 grams of lean fish, soaked in lemon juice and steamed, 100 grams of Brussels sprouts.
Second day fruit diet

Contraindications for a fruit diet:
gastritis with hyperacidity or ulcers of the duodenum (the exception is the banana mono-diet, which, on the contrary, is recommended in these cases);

diabetes.
