Apple diet helps you to lose weight quickly and health benefits

Saturday. Eat one kilogram of apples, drink green tea and water.

Sunday. Gradually withdraw from the diet in approximately 2-3 days restoring regular diet.

To repeat Apple diet every 2-3 months.
