According to the scientists of other countries, American colleagues could not change the memory, but only affect the plasticity of brain cells that are “responsible” for short-term memory.
California scientists in their experiment tested a new technology: they produce a specific stimulation of the brain cells of test animal using a light wand, which “illuminates” the desired area of the brain and thus “erases” the memory. It was noted that this impact only affects short-term memory without affecting the brain cells.
The important fact is that erase long-term memory thus it will not work, so the experiences of the community on this issue is not expected.
