YouTube has a new feature.
The largest video hosting has announced the launch of a new feature. Mobile YouTube apps for iOS and Android have live video broadcasts.
After updating the application, you will see a big red button, with which you can select a photo for screen saver thumbnails, and then you can start the stream, according to a company blog. After completion of the live broadcast video will be saved to the YouTube channel of the author, and it can be shown to other users.
Live streams have the same functions as the standard video on YouTube, you can find users by searching, they will be issued in the recommendations, to be inserted in playlists, and you can limit to view.
Currently, mobile live feeds available for select few content creators on YouTube, but the developers promise more widespread adoption in the near future.
