The main and the only principle which should be observed during this diet is one food every 1-2 hours. First day: boiled chicken fillet (200 gr.), apples (2 PCs), orange (1 PC.), low-fat cottage cheese (100 gr.), low-fat yogurt (1 pieces), 1 portion of oatmeal (100 gr.).

Second day: 1 portion of buckwheat (100 gr.), grapefruit (1 piece), boiled beef (200 gr.), 1 Cup of low-fat yogurt, prunes (100 gr.), tomatoes (2 PCs.)

Third day: 1 Cup milk, tangerines (4 PCs.), pear (1 PCs.), 1 serving of rice porridge (100 gr.), bell peppers (4 pieces), 1 Cup of green tea, boiled or baked fish (200 gr.).

Fourth day: dried apricots (100 gr.), low-fat cottage cheese (150 gr.), pears (2 PCs.), boiled fillet (200 gr.), cabbage fresh cabbage (200 gr.), cucumbers (5 PCs)

Fifth day: seaweed (100 g.), raw carrots (4 pieces), apples (2 PCs), 1 portion of buckwheat (100 gr.), 2 cups black tea, 1 Cup milk, boiled or baked fish (200 gr.)

Sixth day: berries can be frozen (200 gr.), 1 serving of millet porridge (100 gr.), boiled or steamed broccoli (200 g.), boiled beef (150 gr.), oranges (2 PCs.)

The seventh day: low-fat yogurt (2 pieces), 1 portion of oatmeal (100 gr.), raisins (100 gr.), chicken broth (300 ml.), boiled fillet (200 gr.), pears (2 PCs.), apples (2 pieces), boiled beets (100 g.).
