Day 5

Breakfast: 100 g of prunes, boiled 2 carrots and 1 beet.

Lunch: 200 g of oatmeal with a boiled beet and 2 eggs.

Dinner: grated carrots with honey, 1 baked Apple.

On day 6 repeat menu first, on the 7th day – the second.

Try all of the products have no salt.

Physical activity required.
