Day 3: – Breakfast: 2st.l. low-fat cottage cheese and a piece of rye bread in the break between first and second Breakfast you can eat an Apple; lunch: mix 150g low-fat yogurt, the juice of one Apple pulp, cinnamon and lemon juice; – lunch: cook 100g chicken fillet and make a sauce for it of finely sliced pepper and apples, 2H.l. sugar 3st.l. water and 1H.l. lemon juice, salt, pepper, vinegar to taste – afternoon snack: Apple; dinner: a salad of Apple, 2 carrots, piece of cheese and 1H.l. raisins. As a sauce – milk with a low percentage of fat and sugar substitutes.
