The transition to winter time: how to help your body to rebuild

Переход на зимнее время: как помочь организму перестроитьсяHow to help the body to get used to the new time.

Just a few days, October 30, 2016 at 4: 00 am, in our country, transferred the clock back by 1 hour. Traditionally, this period is called winter time.

Every year in the media there is information that Ukraine will cancel the transition between “winter” and “summer” time, leaving only one option, but while a consensus on this issue, the Verkhovna Rada did not come.

Doctors believe that the transition to new time is excessive stress to the body, which is difficult to get used to new conditions. It is not surprising that within 10-14 days after transferring the number of cases of adults and children increases significantly. This happens because of the violation of human biorhythms, so this should be treated very seriously.

Diseases that can cause a shift to a new time:

Yeast infection in women
Cardiovascular disease,
Stroke,
Headache and migraine
Insomnia,
Depression
An attack of cystitis,
Exacerbation of chronic diseases of the nervous system and the gastrointestinal tract.

Of course, to blame only the transfer of the shooter is not necessary, because many of the problems associated with it can be avoided.

To do this, use a few simple rules for only 10 days:

To increase the amount of nighttime sleep for 1 hour.
Instead of watching the news to choose a walk in the Park.
Take a cool shower.
Eliminate heavy foods from your diet, thereby creating an additional burden on the body.
To minimize the consumption of alcoholic and caffeinated beverages.
Listen to relaxing music and meditative practices.

In order for the transition to new time has become less stress on the body, it is necessary to include in the diet:

citrus,
chamomile and mint tea
oily fish and seafood,
nuts,
grapes
a bit of chocolate
oatmeal,
greens,
sauerkraut,
pear.
