The Russians recommended in the heat to eat less meat and not to wear dark

The CPS has given advice to Russians on how to survive the heat, established in several regions of the country. Memo published on Sunday, June 26, on the Agency’s website.

Elevated temperature, as noted in Rospotrebnadzor, could adversely affect the health of people, especially the elderly and children, which can lead to the exacerbation of chronic diseases, the overheating of the body and deterioration of well-being.

In this regard, the Ministry recommended that citizens rarely appear on the street and to reduce the physical load, use ventilation and fans and air conditioners. When leaving the house in the heat in Rospotrebnadzor advised to wear lightweight clothes made of natural fabrics, bright colors, use hats, umbrellas and sunglasses.

In addition, the CPS has reminded that in hot weather the body’s need for calories is reduced, therefore urged to refrain from fatty foods and meat consumption reduced to a minimum, replacing it with fish or seafood. “There should be reduction in the amount smoked, fried, and perishable foods,” said the Agency, explaining that the food is better not to drink during the day.

To combat dehydration Russians recommended to drink more fluids, avoiding, while abandoning the consumption of carbonated drinks, liquids with high sugar content, energy drinks and alcoholic beverages. To maintain immunity in the Agency advised active eat fruits and vegetables.

Among other councils of the CPS: regular acceptance during the day, a refreshing shower, the restriction of travel by car and public transportation and visiting public places with air conditioning, and swimming is strictly in designated areas.
