MENU YOGURT DIET

The first day
Breakfast: I woke up and drink a glass of warm water with natural salinity (for example, Borjomi). Hereinafter, a Cup of green tea, handful of raisins, a yoghurt and a banana.

Lunch: light soup with lean fish, yogurt.

Snack: mango, pear or Apple.

Dinner: salad of tomatoes and cucumbers, dressed with olive or flax oil, sprinkle with coriander, yogurt.

The second day
Breakfast: a glass of warm mineral water, green tea, handful of raisins, a yoghurt and a couple of prunes or dried apricots.

Lunch: salad of boiled rice, tuna and tomatoes, dressed with olive oil, yogurt.

Snack: 1 any fruit.

Dinner: fruit salad with flax seeds, yogurt.

The third day
Breakfast: a glass of warm mineral water, Cup of green tea, handful of dates, yoghurt and an Apple.

Lunch: cream soup of green peas or lentils, yoghurt.

Snack: 1 any fruit.

Dinner: Greek salad, yogurt.

The fourth day
Breakfast: a glass of warm mineral water of natural mineralization, green tea, handful of raisins, yogurt and pear.

Lunch: soup of seasonal vegetables, yogurt.

Snack: 1 any fruit to choose from.

Dinner: 180 gr. baked in foil meat or fish, yogurt.

The fifth day
Breakfast: a glass of warm mineral water, green tea, handful of dates, yoghurt and an Apple.

Dinner: 180 gr. chicken with boiled vegetables, yogurt.

Snack: 1 any fruit.

Dinner: 200 gr. Circassian cheese, tomatoes, yogurt.

FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE DIET:

Instead of snacking between meals, eat yoghurt! They can be consumed in any quantity, even yogurt 3 at a time.
Drink water just before eating. After eating should not drink for at least 1 hour.
Drink 2 litres of fluid a day, avoiding black tea and alcoholic beverages. You can drink plain water, green and herbal tea, kefir, sourdough.
Bread and bakery products during the diet is prohibited. Replace carbs with dried fruit.
Be sure to finish your dinner, even if you do not have time to eat until 6pm. The main thing — do not cram for 3 hours before bedtime, if you really want to eat — eat yogurt.
Strictly follow the portions of salads and soups. If not ate in a couple of hours, eat some yogurt.
The body could react to the warm mineral water, therefore recommended to start a diet on a day to trace the reaction.
