Centenarians often become objects for admiration by society. Only a few manage to survive their loved ones and even grandkids, despite the fact that the conditions of life for all virtually identical. The difference is that people living to 100 years or more, use the personal “secrets” of happiness, and their habits, principles, rules and so on are radically different from those to which we are accustomed.

According to scientists, it is the way of life plays a huge role in how years on this earth people live. But his health is not so important in this case, though, to 100-year life expectancies of only the most resistant and healthy people.

So the main secrets of centenarians, which will not prevent to adopt to anyone who wants to live his life efficiently:

1. Food. Of course, from what we eat determines how healthy we will be and accordingly how much years live. Centenarians adhere to the rule — do not overeat under any circumstances. Many of those who have lived to a hundred years, has been committed to a balanced diet and ate meat not as often as fish. Their diet largely consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, cereal, fortified soups and broths.

2. Bad habits. Alcoholics, smokers and drug addicts don’t live to mark the retirement age, because killing yourself with toxic substances with the youngest. Centenarians tend not to consume alcohol, except red wine for good appetite, but not in quantities that could adversely affect health. What about drug addicts and everything is clear. But smokers still occur in the circle of centenarians, though, doctors call it a phenomenon or just a good heredity.

3. Active way of life. Survivor and 100 years still able to maintain himself, and all because of their lives, they rarely allow myself to sit in one place. Movement — life, and the people who lived to a ripe old age, a striking confirmation.

4. Mental development. Even in old age people don’t stop to learn something new, read, explore, travel and so on. So their brain does not die with age.

5. A positive attitude. Met a survivor, you can be noted immediately that the smile and the sparkle in his eyes did not go with the face.
