In Berlin presented data of the last sociological research.
According to the survey, 61% of German citizens at least sometimes experience stress. These are the findings of a study commissioned by the health insurance Fund Techniker Krankenkasse.
The most common stressors are work (46%), high self claims (43%) and rhythm of free time (33%). Almost every third working also complains of stress due to the constant reach with work, including weekend days.
To compensate for the Germans require other modalities of time: Hobbies, idleness, socializing with friends and family. A very popular form of recreation – computer games and social networking. The inclination for such a pastime was reported by 30% of respondents.
Jens Bass, the head of the Techniker Krankenkasse: “If you spend a private weekend in the same passive state before flashing monitor screen is similar to the previous working day, this is not a compensation”.
