The critics chose the main E3 2016

Despite the fact that Battlefield 1 was in the lead on number of nominations, the main winner of last E3 2016 version of the Game Critics Awards was not a war game from DICE. Not even Dishonored 2 or a Horizon: Zero Dawn and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Members of the jury of the Game Critics Awards, consisting of representatives of forty different mediums, decided that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild worthy of not only knowledge of “Best game show”, but the title of “Best console game” and “Best adventure game”. Otherwise, in more than one category managed to win only Civilization VI, which was the “Best computer game” and “Best strategy”. But God of War got kind of a “Honorary diploma” for the schedule.
