The basic principles of the 8-hour diet:

1. You need to properly and reasonably distribute the diet, not to eat at night, like a Christmas goose before slaughter and could not contain in itself at once an entire day’s amount of food.

2. Morning is best to drink a Cup of tea and a hearty Breakfast to move closer to noon.

3. Dinner is between six and seven o’clock (depending on your work and life schedule).

4. There should be five times a day to include in your daily diet and eggs, chicken, Turkey or other lean meat and fish.

What you can and can’t eat during the 8-hour diet:

– You can eat yogurt, bold, dairy products, nuts or legumes.

To improve the result, if you regularly use asparagus and spinach, broccoli, avocado.
– fresh watermelon, raspberries, blueberries, apples, oranges and tomatoes will help speed up the metabolism.
– It will be useful to completely abandon the semi-finished products and oily food.

Physical activity

Every day should be workout, or spending time at the gym. According to the authors of the diet, eight to ten minutes of active exercise a day enough to start the metabolism.

If you decide to give exercise more time, the weight will decline much faster.
