Just don’t combine fasting with intense exercise to avoid the risk of dehydration.

5. Abstain from alcohol and caffeine.

No wonder the first sign of a hangover – wild dryness of the mouth. Alcohol and caffeine are strong diuretics, and their use leads to dehydration. And when the body is even slightly dehydrated, it begins to store any liquid “just in case”. This means that although you are essentially taking a diuretic, it does not expel, but rather only delay. Caffeine, incidentally, contained not only in coffee but also in tea (except herbal), Cola, energy drinks.

6. Eat fruits and vegetables.

Proper nutrition, which a lot of fiber and water, – one of your assistant in the fight with the water ballast. First and foremost, vegetables and fruit, which, besides, many antioxidants and minerals. In this regard, useful watermelon, Kombucha (not to exceed the rate of sugar), cranberries and red currants – they will effectively wash out your gastrointestinal tract, kidney and genitourinary system and get rid of many evils, including from excess water.
