Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Rosneft might participate in the privatization of “Bashneft”. “They have the right to apply. The seller is entitled to take its decision”, — quoted Peskov media. However yesterday Vice-Premier of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich disseminated through its press office statement that Rosneft will not be able to participate in the privatization of “Bashneft” as is indirectly controlled by government through Rosneftegaz. Not heard to have been equally passionate opposition to the orders of other Russian state-owned companies, such as RDIF and “Tatneft”. The invitation to participate in privatization, which was received by the foreign Corporation like Statoil and Sinopec, and state-controlled Eni, did not cause any emotions, as well as the participation of foreign state-owned companies in other privatisations
