So, the news in the field of “privatization” of state assets, which attracted considerable attention and caused some controversy: “Rosneft” has applied for participation in the privatization of “Bashneft”. Here is part formal, informal and outreach.
Side formal: what kind of “privatization”, if the buyer is also state-owned company?

Given the decade-old precedent with the “Yukos”, many immediately assumed that the customer and the future beneficiary is the same. They, of course, immediately began to argue that there are no such plans. Clear: the public of such plans was not. About the plans secret, even quite observable and barely concealed, no report not required. And plans public – it is prohibited to change?
On the content side is the question about who is here, the realization of such adjusted plan, the ultimate beneficiary – not “Rosneftegaz” (which technically sort of owns the government’s stake in Rosneft)?
The answer is known: the almost complete lack of power, and management of state assets, of course, is carried out primarily in the interests of control. As managers directly by the state assets, and governing the whole state. You can tell the parent “do-gooders”, these “top managers” on the assets and set.
The question of the forthcoming further privatization actually “Rosneft” (the sale of part of state block of shares) in this case, still a minor. It is not a matter of choice ways of protecting national interests or, on the contrary, a waiver of such. Intentions and motives are clear. And style of action is obvious: there are some subtle moves and complex patterns? And now, from this base we step to what we have called the “sport of high achievements”.
A decade and a half ago, I already had to deal with a paradoxical reaction in our society, then clearly went on about the fraud. Even having some idea of what we have going on in the area of privatization, state property management, the disposal of the budget funds, etc., it is, however, suddenly agreed that in the same country, under these rulers, in the sphere of culture somehow everything is different. “The Hermitage!”. But not in the sense that it is determined to prevent any possibility of embezzlement, but in the sense of the other – that how can we not trust such a wonderful “priests of art”, to identify large-scale fraud, the whole system, explicitly provocative and covering the possibility of substitution particularly valuable exhibits, and to give all this publicity?…
After fifteen years, not doing yourself any investigations in the field of “big sport”, but knowing what is happening in other areas, from the management of state property (what we talked about above) to monetary policy, one wonders: if in all other spheres we have to state not just the individual cases and the fraud and looting of the state, namely the construction of the system within which this activity is put on stream, it is guaranteed the absence of control and impunity, could it be that, in the field of “big sports” we were somehow fundamentally different? I mean everything to do with broadcasting rights and advertising, and match-fixing, and cuts of funds for construction of Olympic venues, stadiums, etc. With the withdrawal of the citizens of earth under the “genuity” before the Olympics 2014, followed now by selling standing on this earth is now “elite” of real estate. Although the logic of law and morality, to be honest, it ended “gosnuzhdy” – return the land to its previous owners?
So if everything else in the “big sports and show business (and business, building and other things) around it we so, then why is the dope must be some special exception?

Yeah, not good if someone from the outside provides us certain attacks. I admit, that was not always driven by the desire for truth and justice. But do something about yourself we don’t know ourselves?
And because it is not prepared and does not intend to stand in a single system with the defenders of the rights of our government to portray the achievements where they are not. Including, to replace the pompous of the Olympics and the world Cup a genuine economic and social development. And, especially, with defenders of the rights of the authorities to corrupt athletes, putting them on a doping and then to pay them chic gifts, warm places as puppets in the Parliament, etc.
Thus, on faith, of course, nothing presented to the Russian authorities as the prosecution does not accept. But I will repeat what was previously said repeatedly: the right to independent inquiry, parliamentary investigation, carried out by a minority of deputies in spite of the ruling majority, but the indications which are required to give under oath all the tool not a magic wand, but very effective medicine. If the government deprives citizens of the right to such an investigation of its activities, the appeals to patriotism and unity before the face of seemingly unfounded accusations from the West, irrelevant.
Accordingly, a slogan in relation to this, in fact, scale issue should be before the upcoming elections at genuine national and social oriented opposition? “Protect the power and athletes from the attacks of the West”? Or: “to Win the election, will come and conduct our own independent investigation”? Emphasize: equal with regard to the current privatization and weird transactions of state-owned companies with the offshore company, and tax and customs (tax on heavy trucks at the mercy of a private company, etc.), and doping scandal.
