Planes during their flight is not able to change the weather, but it could affect its forecasts.
European scientists, taking into account the constant increase of air routes and the number in the sky liners, and wondered whether it affects weather forecasting.
Turned out to be – Yes, these are interrelated factors. The reason for the doubts of the experts served as a jet emanating from the engines of Airliners that ply the sky in all directions. After the experiments it was found that the aircraft during their flight is not able to change the weather, but it can influence (distortion) on its forecasts made by the meteorologists.
According to experts, the error in forecasting the weather, does not come from the fact the aircraft was flying in the air, and from its jets, which fall on meteorological probes and affect the accuracy of their measurements. What is happening in the sky while out there flying an aircraft and why it distorts weather forecasts, yet thoroughly to find out.
For further research, the scientists plan to bring a special aircraft, equipped with sensors, radar and other scientific equipment.
