DINNER: 2 tomatoes, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 500 g of lettuce or cucumbers, 2 crispy rolls.

Tuesday

BREAKFAST: 1 orange (or peach, pear, melon, watermelon, melon, but not the banana), 2 muffins, espresso or herbal tea (without sugar).

LUNCH: 1 orange, 1 boiled hard-boiled egg, 1 yogurt, 2 crunchy cookies.

Friday
