Diet menu:

Day 1. Cleansing of the body + spirit on a diet
Morning : on an empty stomach (1/2) half Cup of water with a slice of lemon
After 15 minutes, begin to Breakfast.Breakfast should be light and consist of dairy products. (Cottage cheese,kefir,yogurt etc)
Lunch: (1/2) half Cup of broth (any); soup and 1 fruit( preferably grapefruit or Apple)
Dinner : a Glass of kefir

Day 2. Vitamin day Helps you quickly and easily reset for day 2 kg)
Morning: on an empty stomach 1/2 half a glass of water with lemon
After 15 minutes, eat fruit of any kind but the best grapefruit, or any citrus. + Tea without sugar (Or coffee — even better)

Day : Soup (1 ladle) floor plates, and second floor plates(Better if it’s low-calorie meals)
Dinner : 1/2 Cup of yogurt (fat content of not more than 2.5 %)

Day 3. Hungry cleansing day
Morning : 1/2 Cup of yogurt and fruit
Day : Any vegetables(salad) and yogurt in any quantity
Dinner: a Glass of tea or water with lemon

Day 4. Balanced day.
Morning : Eat, and what you usually eat for Breakfast
Day: 1 — 3 pieces of dark chocolate, soup or second(your choice) to the floor plates, and yogurt
Dinner: it is best not to dine in that day

Day 5. Calories a day ( losing 1 kg 500 gr)
Morning : on an empty stomach to eat 1 grapefruit (or half a grapefruit) and juice (any)
Day : Eat soup (a whole plate) and vegetables(for example lettuce)
Dinner : it is better not to eat, but you can drink kefir
