Infrared camera probe recorded the Aurora at the South pole of the planet.
The American space Agency NASA has released a new image of Jupiter that sent a probe “Yunona”.
Amazingly detailed photos recorded cloud cover at both poles of the giant planet.
Probe “Yunona” went into orbit around Jupiter in July of this year, and last week was first held near the planet, which allowed him to make these amazing images.
He passed at an altitude of 4200 km above the upper atmosphere of Jupiter. It has a multilayer structure and consists of bands of different colors.
Equipment on Board the “Juno” is specially designed to study the atmosphere of the largest planet in the Solar system, its chemical composition, temperature, motion and other properties.
Planetary scientists hope to finally answer the question of whether this planet is a solid core or increasingly dense atmosphere extends to the full depth.
