Participants of the round table “joint efforts of the public in solving problems of personnel shortage of doctors-pediatricians” suggested the Governor of the region Andrei Turchak to sell used specialist cars of “Ambulance” to raise the salaries of doctors-pediatricians. The round table was held in Pskov on October 22, reported FlashNord source in the trade unions in the region.
“Staff shortage pediatricians close to the critical indicator. Traditional night turns in children’s polyclinics of the regional centre, the shortage of children’s doctors in schools and kindergartens threatens the medical safety of all children in Pskov region”, — stated in the appeal of the participants of the roundtable to the Governor and the Chairman of regional meeting of deputies.
To change the situation and public figures of the region propose to introduce in the Pskov region from 2017 monthly compensation to each of the pediatrician in the amount of 15 thousand rubles, for each paramedic working in Pediatrics, in the amount of 10 thousand rubles, every nurse working with children, and 7.5 thousand rubles.
It is noteworthy that the authors offer specific ways of finding funds to raise wages pediatric medical assistants and nurses: to save on the administrative apparatus of medical institutions; to optimize the procurement of expensive medical equipment, which nobody in the region knows how to use; to sell in other regions is not used in the Pskov cars “Ambulance”, which were bought on budget money.
