Scientists have discovered new information in the life of Adolf Hitler.
Historian Florian Kotanko from Germany found that Adolf Hitler had a younger brother.
They turned out to be Otto Hitler, which previously experts believed the elder brother of the Fuhrer. A study first published in the German newspaper Oberoesterreichische Nachrichten briefly about it, reports Reuters.
Scientists have discovered that Otto, originally the penultimate child in the family of Alois and Klara Hitler, in fact, was born three years later Adolf (17 June 1892).
Otto died six days after birth due to hydrocephalus (dropsy of brain). All in the family of Alois and Klara Hitler had six children (three boys and three girls), and Adolf was the fourth, and the third of them.
To such conclusions researchers came after examining archival records preserved in Braunau am Inn (Austria), where they were born, Adolf and Otto.
Adolf Hitler was born on 20 April 1889 in the village of Ranshofen (now — the territory of the town of Braunau-am-Inn). In 1921-1945 years headed the National socialist German workers party.
