You can’t curb your appetite? The researchers found a great way to curb your appetite.

Method is not new, but studies show that it works very effectively. As soon as you feel hunger pangs, start… exercise! And the more intense the workout, the better. In order to overcome hunger, it is enough 15 minutes of exercise.

William Neumeier at the University of Alabama conducted a study that showed that after a short exercise, the appetite is greatly reduced. Perhaps, he says, the fact that sport gives the body energy so necessary for him (because of the lack of energy and the feeling of hunger).

If you prefer sports, can engage in any physical labor. By the way, mental load, on the contrary, contributes to the appearance of appetite. In the study, an experiment was conducted: one half of the students were engaged in intellectual pursuits, the other – sports. The amount of consumed food after that “clever” was much more!

And another tip from Dr. Neumeier: hide away the food! “If food is available, the brain will strain to look for, where would he get the energy,” says the researcher, – to replenish the energy it will use what is in the mind. And this can lead to overeating”.
