Currency borrowers VTB24 on Monday staged a protest at the head office in Moscow.
According to their statement, they came to the Bank’s head office on Myasnitskaya street, 35, wearing on his neck a makeshift noose. About ten people were in the room, demanding the management of the Bank to set a date for negotiations with the borrowers, RBC.
Previously, the borrowers sent a letter to the Chairman of the Bank Mikhail Zadornov, in which he demanded in the near future to get in touch to convert a debt exchange of food “at reasonable conditions”.
Currency borrowers of the Bank VTB24 addressed to the Prosecutor General and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the “policy of genocide of families.” They believe the contracts are illegal and demand to convert their debts.
Recall that a currency borrowers have suffered due to the sharp fall of the ruble. They regularly organize protests against the reluctance of banks to transfer their debts in rubles at the old rate.
