Audi will release one every year electrocare

Audi, starting in 2018, will produce one electrocare or plug-in hybrid every year. This was announced by the head of the German brand, Rupert Stadler at the annual General meeting of Audi.

The first mass Audi car with a fully electric propulsion will be a crossover, which is expected to be called the Q6 e-tron. The production of new items will adjust in 2018 at the plant in Brussels, where also will be produce batteries for the model.

A prototype of an electric crossover has become the experimental vehicle q-tron quattro, shown in September 2015 at the Frankfurt motor show. The concept equipped with three electric motors: one on the front axle and two on the back.
