Monday

Tuesday

500 g fat-free yogurt, 1 liter of tomato juice, water, tea, coffee without sugar.

Environment

1 kg of apples or other fruit, except bananas and grapes, 1 liter of tomato juice, water, tea, coffee without sugar.

Thursday

500 g chicken fillet, cooked without fat, 1 liter of tomato juice, water, tea, coffee.

Friday

700 g of dried fruit (except bananas, raisins, figs), 1 liter of tomato juice, water, tea, coffee.

Saturday

500 g natural low-fat yogurt, 1 liter of tomato juice, water, tea, coffee.

Sunday

500 g boiled fish, 1 liter of tomato juice, water, tea, coffee without sugar.
