The Spaniards know a lot about the holidays.
The Spanish town of Sitges is able to compete with Ibiza in the number of night clubs, all night bars and restaurants. This place is the most informal of the carnivals of the country. And it is here, at the end of September is the feast of Santa Tecla in honor of the patroness of St Tecla.
