Users “Vkontakte”complain about the disappearance of the audio

The problem caused a wave of negative comments about it

Problems with the access to audio recordings observed on the evening of Thursday, September 15, in a social network “Vkontakte”. This is indicated by the many user complaints.

Difficulties appear when attempting to connect to the page using the computer, while using the mobile application based on Android playlists available. In addition, music can be heard in the records of the personal pages and communities.

Some users complain about the disappearance of all recordings, others remained part of the tracks. From mobile apps also disappeared all of the added record, and the communities lost partitions with music.

The problem has caused a wave of negative reviews for this reason. The representative of “Vkontakte” confirmed TASS that the company is aware of the failure and is working on a fix.

September 12 “Vkontakte” returned the section with the music in the updated version of the iOS app. This became possible thanks to the signing of the agreement on licensing content from the world’s largest record companies Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment.
