In Tiraspol is waiting for “a political solution” in Russia.
Joining of Transnistria to the Russian Federation depends on the ability of Moscow. This was stated by the head of the unrecognized Republic Yevgeny Shevchuk.
“The decision… is in the plane of a political decision by the competent authorities. Transdnestr this decision was made by referendum. It is obvious, it is transparent, it is open. The results of the referendum were considered by the state Duma and was even made a statement that people voluntarily participated in the referendum,” – said Shevchuk.
He stressed that it depends on the capabilities of Russia and Transnistria takes into account these features.
“We understand that this movement may be reciprocal, because there is a region-wide situation. In this part of Transnistria was striving to get closer”, – said the leader of the PMR.
