Tourists vacationing in the southern part of the Bay celakovskeho in Primorye found an oil slick and reported it on the Internet. Verification of this information was conducted by specialists of the Pacific Maritime authority of Rosprirodnadzor, reported on the Agency’s website.
Because the waters of the Bay is partially included in the composition of the INSTITUTE of the far Eastern marine biosphere state nature reserve Feb RAS” is the only marine reserve in Russia, Rosprirodnadzor Department in the INSTITUTE has been requested.
There suggested that the source of water pollution could be a military ship, standing on the eve anchored in the southern part of the Bay but far enough away from the shore. So to find out what it was the ship, it is impossible.
In accordance with the restrictions established by part 1 of article 5 of the law of the Russian Federation No. 5485-1 “On state secret”, this information is sent to the Military Prosecutor of the Pacific fleet.
