Each day you will eat only these foods: apples (a natural blocker of fat), eggs (rich in nutrients), green tea (high in antioxidants that prevent the accumulation of fat, normalize cholesterol levels and reduce the number of free radicals) and oatmeal (provides a feeling of satiety for a long time, reduces appetite, allowing the body to use the accumulated reserves).

The name of the diet has received on the number of calories contained in these foods: 2 apples – 230 calories, 6 egg – 450 calories green tea – 0 calories, oatmeal – 160 calories, carrots + cucumber – 60 calories. Only 900 calories.

Hereinafter, a routine food for the day:
