Oncologists assure that women in that kind of “unloading” is useful for breast cells. When the body does not get the usual calories, decreases blood glucose levels, and cholesterol and therefore the risk of development of malignant cells and further tumours is reduced in a natural way.

These two fasting days per week do not promise a woman any inconvenience, because she is going to get from food all the necessary trace elements, however, their number should be reduced to create a slight caloric deficit. For example, two days a week can not eat meat and bakery products, and eating only dairy products, fruits and vegetables, choose foods lower in calories than usual. And in the remaining 5 days it is better to stick to the basics of good healthy eating, abandoning of harmful products, carbonated and alcoholic beverages, other food that is not beneficial.
