Dopamine, which artificially increases fatty and salty food (sausages, fatty meats, nuts, chips, spicy snacks), provides a burst of energy and motivation.

The danger is that regularly increasing artificially the level of neurotransmitters, we break natural mechanisms of their generation and this eventually leads to a deep depression. And in parallel, to obesity, and rheumatoid and degenerative disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. Depression in combination with these disorders literally kill the person, and much faster than any “classical” stress. Sweet, fatty and salty (of course, we are talking about unwholesome mentioned above and their variants) is, in fact, food drugs. The most dangerous products contain both sugar and fat, that is, the majority of confectionery products. The combination of these flavors that do not exist in nature, but artificially created food technologists, forcing us to buy more and more destructive to the body and brain of products, and is forced to believe that they will give us happiness.

The first step to getting rid of the sticking stress is to understand how it works. The second is to escape, that is, to take “anti-stress products”, says Gromov.

It is, first and foremost, the greens, which is perfectly nourishes the body, due to its high nutritional value. Plus, it aligns and stabilizes the sugar: you feast on small portions of food and you will experience bouts of Jora. Olive, Flaxseed and walnut oil — a tasty source of omega-3 healthy fats that help to combat the effects of stress and attempts to “seize”.

Antioxidants substances that neutralizing free radicals and defective cells. It’s all dark blue and purple berries, vegetables and fruits. To stress the fruits are green apples, grapefruits and bananas. The latter, in particular, contain the alkaloid harmin, a natural substance that causes euphoria and reducing anxiety. Conversely, the normal level of tyrosine will reduce stress cravings for bad food and improve the condition of the nervous system.

The production of serotonin, the happiness hormone, helps folic acid, found in liver, lentils, beans, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, and whole grain cereals.

It is very critical if you want sweet, eat a sweet or a fruit, or some dried fruit. In an extreme case, 30 grams of dark chocolate with 80% cocoa content.
