In Ukraine in January-may 2016 were imported 822 electric car, and is 12.5% higher than last year.
“Without additional benefits, and from the albeit controversial, but a reduction in excise duties on cars with internal combustion engines, the pace of growth this year will remain unchanged. For the whole of 2016 will bring no more than 2000 electric vehicles. And at the end of the year on our roads will travel about 2,500 on electric cars,” predicts CEO Electrocars Alexander Kravtsov.
In this period, the number of customs cleared electric cars increased by 90,8%, from 905 to 1,727 units.
