Moscow city hall has prepared a new list of objects of unauthorized construction to be demolished. On Thursday, June 23, according to RIA Novosti.
According to the Agency, the list fell into the possession of lawyer Artur Airapetov, who represented the interests of the owners of the demolished buildings of the “first wave”. He said that it includes 184 of the object. According to counsel, including the cafe “daily Bread” in the metro “Park of culture”, pub “Molly Gwinns on the New Arbat, the kiosks at the metro station “Polyanka” and “Chkalovskaya” and “Krasnoselskaya”.
On February 25 the state Inspectorate for control of use of objects of real estate of Moscow announced the beginning of preparation of the list of “second wave” — the objects, located on the engineering communications, as well as in zones with special regime of use of areas to be demolished. It was explained that its preparation may take several months.
Later that same day, the party “Yabloko” has published the list of trade objects to the demolition, allegedly prepared by the municipality of the capital. However, the government denied this information, calling the list a fake.
The demolition of unauthorized construction sites in Moscow started the night on 9 February. The decision on the elimination of 104 buildings constructed without a permit or in violation of town planning rules, was adopted by the city government in December 2015.
