In the government of Moscow called fake a new list of unauthorized construction for demolition

Information prepared by the mayor’s office the second list of objects of unauthorized construction to be demolished is not true. This was stated by the head of state Inspectorate for real estate Sergey Sokurov, RIA Novosti reported on Thursday, June 23.

According to him, such lists appear every day and the government has repeatedly denied them. Shugurov noted that the lawyer who disseminated this information publicly stated that he gave a bribe to the employee of one of departments of the Moscow government. “This is a criminal article. I think in the near future law enforcement bodies will understand. I think, and the Moscow government will take appropriate measures to search of the person, if he exists, of course, that information was given and sold,” he said.

Earlier on Thursday spread a message of lawyer Artur Airapetov, who represented the interests of the owners of the demolished buildings of the “first wave”. According to him, at his disposal was the second list are to be removed objects.

Sokurov added that Moscow authorities continue the study of objects built illegally, but said nothing about any “regular list”.

On February 25 the state Inspectorate for control of use of objects of real estate of Moscow announced the beginning of preparation of the list of “second wave” — the objects, located on the engineering communications, as well as in zones with special regime of use of areas to be demolished. It was explained that its preparation may take several months.

The demolition of unauthorized construction sites in Moscow started the night on 9 February. The decision on the elimination of 104 buildings constructed without a permit or in violation of town planning rules, was adopted by the city government in December 2015.
