This power lasts for 7 weeks and allows you to lose about 17 pounds.
The schedule prescribed this diet involves alternating days of fasting with periods of a familiar food. However, while you are on diet, it is important to remember that during “normal” days need to stay restrained and not overeat.
Week first
Monday – only drink water (no more than 4 liters).
From Tuesday to Sunday – eat as usual.
Week two
Monday – only drink water (no more than 4 liters).
Tuesday to 2 kilograms of oranges or grapefruits.
From Wednesday until Sunday – normal diet.
Week three
Monday – only drink water (no more than 4 liters).
Tuesday to 2 kilograms of oranges or grapefruits.
Wednesday, to 2 pounds of sweet red apples.
Thursday through Sunday – normal diet
Week four
Monday – only drink water (no more than 4 liters).
Tuesday to 2 kilograms of oranges or grapefruits (or a kilogram of each fruit).
Wednesday, to 2 pounds of sweet or sour apples.
Thursday – fresh juice from any fruit or vegetables, bananas should be deleted.
From Friday to Sunday – normal diet.
Week five
Monday – only drink water (no more than 4 liters).
Tuesday to 2 kilograms of oranges or grapefruits.
Wednesday, to 2 pounds of sweet or sour apples.
Thursday – fresh juice from any fruit or vegetables, bananas should be deleted.
Friday – only drink one percent or fat-free yogurt entirely. Neither yogurt nor kefir fermented baked milk can not be replaced.
Saturday-Sunday – normal diet. Attention! After days of fasting not overeating!
Week six
Monday – only drink water (no more than 4 liters).
Tuesday to 2 kilograms of oranges or grapefruits.
Wednesday, to 2 pounds of sweet or sour apples.
Thursday – fresh juice from any fruit or vegetables, bananas should be deleted.
Friday – fully one percent or fat-free yogurt.
Saturday – up to 1 kg of pineapple or boiled zucchini.
Sunday – normal diet. Do not abuse food!
Week seven and the last
Monday – only drink water (no more than 4 liters).
Tuesday to 2 kilograms of oranges or grapefruits.
Wednesday, to 2 pounds of sweet or sour apples.
Thursday – fresh juice from any fruit or vegetables, except bananas.
Friday – fully one percent or fat-free yogurt.
Saturday – up to 1 kg of pineapple or boiled zucchini.
Sunday – and again only drink water (4-5 liters).
