Unfortunately, in Europe the tradition is performed only the purely symbolic role. Alas, few people really catch on to the tradition of their ancestors. In this respect, the situation in African countries is somewhat better. There remained many tribes and peoples, which transmit a certain tradition from generation to generation.
African Nations have managed to keep alive the inextricable relationship rich and beautiful culture that soon may be forgotten under the pressure of globalization in culture and social way of life.
Part of this culture found its expression in national dress, which still made here wear. It sought to show the photographer Jean was Comely. She decided to create a photo project in which she shows viewers a contemporary African women dressed in traditional clothing of their ancestors. It turned out very bright and colorful.
