A resident of a small canadian town of Torrington Barbara-Lynn Sheaffer sued the creators gaining enormous popularity games Pokemon Go – company Niantic Inc. She accused the sponsors that they are by the players violate her right to privacy.
“I can look out the window in the morning and see the people who play this game, and our dogs will be barking. Last week we received notification from the authorities that our dogs barking disturb the neighbors,” complains the woman. It requires that the developer removed from the game coordinates of her home, reports TASS.
Pokemon Go is a multiplayer game with elements of augmented reality, which purpose — search of pokémon, fantastic creatures with supernatural powers.
