In Shanghai in the Pudong district began construction of the world’s largest planetarium, the area of which will amount to more than 38 thousand square meters.
According to the Agency, the planetarium will include a main building and additional structures, among which the public Observatory and the solar tower.
The developers plan to finish construction of the planetarium by 2020. The building will be built with the savings of resources and will be equipped, including the recycling system of rainwater and the supply of electricity will be from renewable sources.
