Astronaut, ISS published a photo, which proves the danger of space debris.
British astronaut Tim Peak photographed the crack that appeared in the window of the Cupola module of the ISS.
She emerged after being hit by a tiny piece of space debris.
The diameter of the crack is 7 mm. the European space Agency (ESA) believes that it arose as a result of getting a tiny piece of paint or small metal fragments no more than a few thousandths of a millimeter in diameter.
