Microsoft is going to provide Skype for Business function text translation in real time. The test version will allow to display subtitles during video conferencing.
This feature is implemented the technology of Bing Translator from Microsoft. In the near future the user will be able to see the text translation in over 40 languages. This will significantly expand the circle of communication across language barriers.
Using this feature, the caller will see the subtitles in their native language during presentations, corporate chats and webinars. If you use Bing Translator, Microsoft will distribute their products among a wider range of users.
The presence of tough competition from other parties are quite popular now market forces to take action. Slack and Hipchat literally snapping at the heels of Skype for Business. The launch of this system computer-based translation may allow to recover the position of Microsoft on the market.
