1. Yogurt or a couple of cups of yogurt is both delicious and useful. And in summer you can have a refreshing healthy smoothie – homemade yoghurt (preferably unsweetened) with fruit pieces. Your conscience is clear, and the stomach is satisfied.

2. Sushi. This dish is really able to saturate, moreover, it has a great flavor palette, which can dilute, modify. Fresh raw fish, boiled rice and seaweed – all these foods contain huge amount of minerals and vitamins.

3. If you can not live without meat, the perfect alternative to a hearty meat dinner (able to turn morning into a nightmare, similar to the hangover), may be a couple of chicken sausages.

4. Boiled vegetables is, of course, food, useful even in the evening. Here you have a rich choice: carrots, beets, it is also possible to prepare salad and fresh ingredients that will be even better. Cooked vegetables should not be eaten, perhaps only of boiled potatoes.

5. To dinner of boiled vegetables, was not as lean and sad they still are allowed to dilute a spoon of Cup of canned corn or a small amount of mushrooms.
