Experts believe that swearing at work should be encouraged by managers.
Yehuda Baruch, Professor of management at the University of Norwich (East of England) together with a graduate of the University Steward Jenkins conducted a study and found that strong statements and strengthen corporate spirit of the company, relieve stress and increase productivity.
