New chips for mobile devices created at 10-nanometer technology.
The Korean company Samsung was the first to produce processors for 10-nanometer technology. According to the manufacturer, the products with the new chips will appear early next year, as noted on the website of the company.
Samsung representatives claim that due to new technology the efficiency of the chip area will be increased by 30 percent.
It is reported that the developers managed to reduce the energy consumption of processes by 40%. However, the performance increased by 27 percent in comparison with similar products on the 14-nanometer process technology.
Rumored to be released earlier, that the Korean manufacturer had to develop new chips Snapdragon 830. It is also expected that they will be used in the new flagship of Samsung, the presentation of which is expected shortly before the exhibition MWC 2017.
