Russia begins together with the Syrian government of the large-scale humanitarian operation in Aleppo, said the Minister of defence of Russia Sergey Shoigu.
“We have repeatedly urged the warring parties to reconcile, but each time the militants have violated the silence regime, shelled the settlements, attacked the positions of government troops. As a result, in the city of Aleppo and its suburbs was facing a difficult humanitarian situation,” he said.
