Ruslan learned to cook a dairy dish that is traditional for the residents of the Carpathians.
Singer Ruslana, who is looking for inspiration in the Carpathian mountains during the expedition, never ceases to share the details of his trip with fans.
This time the singer spoke about the unique Carpathian dairy products – gunlance that she not only tried, but also learned to cook under the guidance of a real Hutsul hostess Orysia. Guslyanka is a traditional Hutsul dish, in other words – is sour milk, prepared by a special recipe.
According to Ruslana, guslyanka – the most delicious dairy product. Natural live bacteria that are not replaced by any yoghurt, make it very useful.
“I love dairy products, but the best thing I ever had to try – it’s a real Hutsul guslyanka. Local residents say that in ancient times the infant after birth first gave to eat fresh guslyanka. During his expedition to the Carpathians, I not only ate plenty of fresh guslandi, but even tried myself to cook it,“ – said Ruslan.
The singer believes that the Carpathian products can compete with famous world brands.
